DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products offered by Empower Women Club® (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website.
1. Digital products
We sell downloadable digital products, including but not limited to e-books, workbooks, guides, and other educational or inspirational content.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
4. Delivery
After payment is completed, you will receive immediate access to the digital product via download link and/or email confirmation.
If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@empowerwomenclub.com.
5. No refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may apply under applicable consumer laws.
6. Personal use only
All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- share, distribute, resell, or sublicense the products;
- upload the products to public websites or file-sharing platforms;
- modify or reproduce the products for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Intellectual property
All content, designs, text, graphics, and materials provided by Empower Women Club® remain our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empower Women Club® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
