DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products offered by Empower Women Club (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We sell downloadable digital products, including e-books, workbooks, guides, and other digital resources.
All products covered by these Terms are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.
2. PRICING
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time.
The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.
3. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
4. DELIVERY
After payment is completed, access to the digital product is provided electronically, typically through a download link and/or email confirmation.

5. REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Due to their digital nature, our digital products are generally considered final-sale products once access has been provided, except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Who Am I Now? is currently covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchase Who Am I Now? and genuinely feel that the Ebook was not useful to you, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Where a refund is granted under this guarantee, you may keep your copy of the Ebook.
This guarantee is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
By purchasing digital content made available for immediate access, you request that delivery of the digital content begin without waiting for the end of any statutory withdrawal period that may otherwise apply.
Where permitted by applicable law and subject to the required consent and acknowledgement during the purchase process, your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected once delivery of the digital content has begun.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
7. PERSONAL USE ONLY
All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
• share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the products;
• upload the products to public websites, file-sharing platforms, shared databases, or other publicly accessible services;
• reproduce, copy, or modify the products for commercial distribution.
Purchase of a digital product gives you a personal right to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, text, graphics, exercises, frameworks, and other materials provided by Empower Women Club remain our intellectual property or the intellectual property of the relevant rights holder.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of a purchased digital product may be commercially reproduced, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited without prior authorization.
9. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
Our digital products are provided for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or other result from using our products.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Empower Women Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law.
