Because our products are digital products (e-books, guides, and downloadable resources), our refund and return policy differs from physical products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Empower Women Club® are digital products that are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once access to the product has been provided or the download process has started.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are purchasing a digital product;
  • access to the product may be provided immediately after payment;
  • you request immediate access to the digital content.

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, you acknowledge that providing immediate access to the digital product may result in the loss of your right to withdraw from the purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase (for example: you did not receive your download link, the file cannot be opened, or there is a major technical problem), please contact our support team:
